Ashley began her career in the coastal town of Santa Barbara. The carefree beach culture shaped her approach, and aesthetic for beautiful yet low maintenance hair.
Ashley’s desire to continue to grow, expand her knowledge, and elevate her talents eventually brought her to the Bay Area. She chose to specialize in color and built a strong foundation training alongside several influential mentors as well as Redken, Wella, Vidal Sassoon.
After years of working on the floor as a colorist she wanted to continue adding to her skill set. Learning to cut hair was the next goal and she decided she only wanted to work under one of the most talented women cutting hair in San Francisco, Corinna Hernandez.
Ashley began working for Pony Salon education, training under Corinna, and sitting in on classes with some of the best trained stylist and colorists in the industry. This mentorship lasted 4 1/2 years and elevated Ashley’s skill set beyond her wildest imagination.
Her commitment to ongoing education is the cornerstone of her work, pushing her to strengthen her talent and techniques to better serve her clients and their ever changing needs.
Drawn to natural-looking hair color and effortless cool girl cuts, Ashley is particularly known for creating gorgeous shades of blonde. Tailored to each individual client, her hair color looks effortless, is low maintenance and evolves beautifully over time.

Emmanuel, a Northern California native, is happy to call the Mission in San Francisco and Lyon Street salon his home.
He has spent all of his life living in California and completed all of his studies in San Diego, as a university graduate and cosmetology student. First, he graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Linguistics Language Studie and a Theatre design minor. After graduating from UCSD, he attended cosmetology in South San Diego. Language and the arts have always been of interest and sources of inspiration and continue to influence who he is today. Hair was always an interest and a hobby into his college career. He has been working in the beauty industry for over 13 years, 6 of them being behind the chair.
Emmanuel worked closely with salon owners and attended two separate training programs while in San Diego. After moving back up North, to San Francisco, to be closer to family and a further pursue his career in the City. He completed Mercer Street Salon's cutting program and worked at The Woodbridge Salon in the Marina for the past 4 years focusing his career on men's haircutting and color mastery with Goldwell Professional.

Emmanuel is a master at personalizing a cut and style for every man, from precision cutting to intuitive methods, he loves bringing both concepts together for a personalized experience. As he continued to work with Goldwell, he advanced to complete the master colorist program, with extensive training at both academies in Santa Monica and New York, he is passionate about brunettes and the perfect foil.

Mary is an American, from Italian and French descent. As she was growing up, she traveled to Italy many times. These experiences brought her great joy and allowed her to meet some truly wonderful people. She started her beauty career at Miss Marty's School of Beauty on Union Square in San Francisco. It was there that Mary earned her Cosmetology License. For three years she studied precision hair cutting at The International Academy of Precision Hair Cutting in San Francisco which gave her a strong foundation in precision cuts. Mary then continued with ongoing one-on-one classes with Renee Frelow, a master of precision cuts and former educator for Vidal Sassoon.
She creates and adds shape with her haircuts in a way that is customized just for you. She gives a very personalized experience and while she has a strength in cutting both straight and curly hair, Mary has specialized experience in haircuts for thinner hair for both men and women. For those interested in a 1920's style, she does finger waves and pin curls for a vintage look.
